ben eigenlijk blij dat ik niet meer in bulk vorm zit - wat pijnlijk al mijn definitie kwijt te zijn. en het schijnt dat ik toch wat spiermassa tot nu toe behouden heb - sterkte is er ook nog.
hoe zit het bij u ?
