laymanjoely Cheers bro. Over those months i increased my eating a lot. I have put on a fair amount of bodyfat also. But I thought you got to give a little to get a little. Hopefully be able to shredd some of it backa and keep the muscle. As for supps, I use a pre workout every now and then (once or twice a week), have creatine mono. Sep 11, 2011 5:08pm

akamm Thanks for the add! I would say that recovery and nutrition make up a great deal more of the whole picture than the majority of people think. if trying to build muscle, i would always prefer eating a surplus of calories and resting an extra day rather than under-eat and over-train.
