How I Started:
Growing up I was always the "skinny" kid. When i was 13 i weighted 70 pounds. I have an older brother who was always bigger and stronger and would pick on me. So one day I started working out on his bench to get bigger and i fell in love with it and now i can't stop.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results. There's nothing like a month passing by and looking at how much you've done. The feeling is awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
when i see results it helps me stay motivated. There's also something that i hate that people say "If only i would have kept working-out think of how big i would be". I never want to have to say that.
