How I Started:
I have 5 boys and as I got older and they got older I realized I couldn't keep up with them anymore. So I had to step it up. I also want to be around for them as long as I can.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel. I love seeing the changes to my body in the mirror.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a great work out partner and I have goals I want to meet.
I would like to get my weight down to around 245lbs and get my body fat down to 12%. I would like to eat even better than I do. I'm better than I used to be but I can do a lot better. I want to learn as much about fitness and health as I can.
