By eating and living healthier there is much more to be exepected in life it self. Therefore, my over all goal has a lot to do with my life span. LOL
Goal (Long):
I want to loose a few pounds and get more toned showing more definition and continue to maintain it. I also intend to eat healthier in the process. If I stay motivated during the process I would take it to the next step. The main thing is to see how far I go so that I could noted it for experience for future situations.

Today the strangest thing happened, so I have to share first I got to the gym and started doing this cardio thing called running (for the people new to working out) and while I was focused doing my thing, I heard this loud thump. So I just mind my business and kept running, and then the thump...

alot going on man, mind on work stuff, my college stuff and the gym is like ahhh! takes alot of time bro, during the week i have 2 -3 hours to myself after the gym and thats 8pm -- 11pm
