I was always interested. My friend was looking for a partner and I knew he was consistent and would help me to become consistent.

How I Stay Motivated:
If God gave you a body it seems that there is a responsibility on your part to maintain it. My wife always helps me stay excited by reminding me of my goals and encouraging me to go further.

In one word symmetry. Dieting down in the spring and summer to see what I've got. No more than 15% fat in the winter muscle gaining months. [edit..I will never go above 10%, ever!] Frank Zane is my hero and will learn how to use the vacuum pose. Trying to see other bodybuilders dimensions and sculpt my own body to imitate those greater than me and encourage those that still have work to do. Right now my biggest weight goal is to bench 315. I can already squat and dead lift it. When this happens I'm buying the T-shirt and wearing it for a week straight!

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Bench press, decline in particular. Scares me to death. I hate the idea of being pinned.
