this is before i started watching what i ate and i was not very active. I was about 160-165 lbs. I had a client ask me if i was having a baby. I decided to eat healthier and join soccer!
i still would like to cut bodyfat from my legs (ughh my knees look gross) stomach and love handles. the problem areas lol. (igrore the tan lines i was wearing a bathingsuit and got burned!)
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
uhh thought cardio was the way to go. Worked too hard doing cardio at the gym and saw no results. I also ate crappy, like mcdonalds and other fast food restaurants.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
