Current Supplements:
Higher Power AAKG Powder, 1.1 Lbs.
Started: May 06, 2007
Reason: I take 3 grams thrice a day. Once just after I woke up on empty stomach. Then on training days, I would take it an hour before the workout with a whey protein shake. The last time I would take it just before going to bed.

Studies have shown, that continual intake of L-arginine throughout the day will not only increase the pump during the workout, but it will increase body's capability to take up nutrients and also elevate the growth hormone levels, especially during night time. I have to say that for me it worked quite splendidly. Need to get another jar of this. I would say that my workouts were more productive and I recovered better as well.

I have been taking creatine for too short to really say which one is better. I can't wait to try how the combination of AAKG with CEE works.
