I was an athlete all my life. I started in Highschool.
I played hoops in college and really enjoyed being strong and athletic. The weight room eventually became more of a focus than the ball. I love listening to my music and just getting away from everything else in life and pushing the weight. I don't think in there i just go.

Why I Love It:
Its my sweet release. I push and push. I love seeing the change the body makes.

I LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND SAY U CAN BE BETTER
My eyes are never satisfied with my body, I demand a lot of myself and strive to be better each day. I hold the bar high cuz I know that I can achieve greatness.

Goal (Long):
To start a solid bulk in October 2009. I want to try to get into bodybuilding. Its going to be a long road but I WANT IT... Compete by my 27th...

Well my routine changes almost every wrkt. I am currently in a bulking phase and am emphasizing my compound moves as much as I can, these inlude; bench press, standing military press, dead lifts, squats..
I have a 4 day split, I go 2 days on one day off.

It was great!! The kids got spoiled by the grandparents and really enjoyed the whole day. The are 2 and 4 so it was pretty awsome to see their reaction when they saw that santa came. I saw that you are bulking, how is that going? I am tying to do the same until next week, then its balls to the wall cutting for L.A.
Definitely hit me up. One of the most common things I hear athletes tell me is that they were upset for waiting so long to start. Most successful guys get involved as soon as they show aptitude because they want to enjoy themselves in the sport. And you have definitely reached a point where this is VERY accessible, my man.
Why wait so long? The sport is about an ability to present, not about weight . . . and trust me you have a great set of equipment. I can't more strongly urge you to compete in '10 rather than wait a whole extra year. I'm totally open to discussing, BTW. Always interested in encouraging talent.
Hey man -- thanks for the add. Sorry it took so long to add you back! So, when you thinking about bodybuilding competition -- you are VERY close. Trust me -- it's WAY easier than runway, LOL!
hey bro good work man... been readin your articles and definitely are like you bub.. tryin to add lean mass and shred back out but diet is killin me man... anyhow keep up the good work...
