I have a 4 day split, I go 2 days on one day off.
Chest & Bi's and Forearms
Legs (hams, quads) & calves
Shoulders, Tri's Forearms
Back & Traps
I throw abs in twice a week usually but feel that my coumpund moves hit the abdomen pretty well.
*I do steady state cardio for about 15-20 mins. I do eliptical, incline walk on treadmill.
I have been gaining some nice size and a lot of strength. It is going well, I am taking things day by day and trying to set realistic weight room goals. I try to increase my weights each wrkt. Improvements mean strength gain in my book. An extra reo is just as good as a 2 1/2 plate
