I was an athlete all my life. I started in Highschool.
I played hoops in college and really enjoyed being strong and athletic. The weight room eventually became more of a focus than the ball. I love listening to my music and just getting away from everything else in life and pushing the weight. I don't think in there i just go.

Why I Love It:
Its my sweet release. I push and push. I love seeing the change the body makes.
"I'M ON THE OUTSIDE LOOKING IN. INSIDE YOUR UGLY, UGLY LIKE ME, I CAN SEE THRU YOU. SEE YOUR TRUE COLORS."
But by God's grace I am what I am, and his grace shown to me was not wasted. Instead, I worked harder than all the others-not I, of course, but God's grace that was with me. Corinthians 15:10
How I Stay Motivated:
I LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND SAY U CAN BE BETTER
My eyes are never satisfied with my body, I demand a lot of myself and strive to be better each day. I hold the bar high cuz I know that I can achieve greatness.
I HAVE NEVER WANTED ANYTHING MORE IN MY LIFE...
I want to be heathy and happy.
BABY, I SHINE EVEN WHEN THE LIGHTS ARE OUT... ;)
Focus your energies not on what you want to Change..but rather what you want to Create
“Concentration and mental toughness are the margins of victory.”
I promise myself to be strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind. To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person I meet. To make all my friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them. To look at the sunny side of everything and make my optimism come true. To think only of the best, to work only for the best and to expect only the best. To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as I am about my own. To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future. To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every living creature I meet. To give so much time to improving myself that I have no time to criticize others. To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble. To think well of myself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud words, but in great deeds. To live in the faith that the whole world is on my side, as long as I am true to the best that is in me.

Every morning in Africa, a Gazelle wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning a Lion wakes up. It knows it must outrun the slowest Gazelle or it will starve to death. It doesn't matter whether you are a Lion or a Gazelle... when the sun comes up, you'd better be running.
always keep that FAITH... (in yourself & GOD)

Thanks, i had a lot of fun doing my first show! It really helped push me to the next level. Just stay consistent in your prep, have fun with it and give it 100% and you will do well. If you have any questions hit me up... keep me posted
That's great man. I'm doing well. Trying to get back in the game, slow & steady. Had to take time off for recovery from an aggravated neck injury. So far so good, just slow. I've had to get creative with back workouts because I can't do pull up/lat pull downs, heavy bb rows, chins, etc. all due to my neck. I'm doing a lot of rowing and swimming at this point. Bulking is hard when your swimming LOL. Good luck with your gains bro.
