Why I Love It: The feeling of satisfaction you get from it, the knowledge that I am always one step ahead of my peers and that I am making myself the best I can be.
How I Stay Motivated: Not wanting to be out of shape, looking at people who are, the fear of dying young from a preventable problem.
BB Accomplishments: none, I don't bodybuild, I lift. I did strongman contests, Highland Games and other strength events over the years.

Goals:
Main Goal: Improve For A Sport
Goal (Short): I want to keep improving my performance in rugby and be healthy to my old age.
Goal (Long): Since Hypertension runs in my family I've had to dramatically alter my lifestyle. Hence I do more cardio and more anaerobic work as well. Before I used to just be able to take the 2 months before the season and get in game shape, now I have to make it a year round endeavour because of my family health history.

every week my weights have been increasing in the gym... not a lot everytime, but a rep here, 5 pounds there...

this is consistent for the past several months and by no means am I a beginner....

I don't get it, but I rather like it.

hey thanks for the add, cool to see your playing rugby. went on a tour of america and canada last summer with my club. good to see the sport is doing well there

Yes, I follow my trainer where ever he is on Saturdays whether @ Star Fitness in the Bronx or Synergy in the City. Go figure, I travel to get my butt whipped in2 shape!
