I want to keep improving my performance in rugby and be healthy to my old age.
Goal (Long):
Since Hypertension runs in my family I've had to dramatically alter my lifestyle. Hence I do more cardio and more anaerobic work as well. Before I used to just be able to take the 2 months before the season and get in game shape, now I have to make it a year round endeavour because of my family health history.
Since it is the offseason now, I am focused on speed/strength and power. I will have my detailed workout for you to look over tomorrow (don't feel like going to my car to get it out of my log right now).
