How I Started:
I have always been a runner, since gradeschool. I began weight lifting in 1999. I became more serious about fitness after my first year of college.
Why I Love It:
I love working out becuase it gives me control in my life. When other areas of my life are affected by outside factors, my training gives me an outlet to center myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation has recently been renewed upon realizing the gradual shift in body composition that I have allowed to occur. Sore muscles are always motivating to me, as I feel that I have accomplished gains.

My first goal is to get back into the shape I was in a couple of years ago. More specifically, body fat: 14%, leg press: 380lbs, 3 mile run time: 21 mins, muscular definition...
After this has been acheived, I want to take things to the next level and possibly compete in a figure competition.
