How I Started:
I looked in the damn mirror too long lol. No...but seriously...I was 223lbs in 2005. I was 19 years old. I worked hard and busted my ass everyday and i gradually lost over 20lbs in three months. I became lazy and "took a break". So here I am at 193.4lbs @ 22yrs old today and I'm taking my life back from FAT and home to FIT. My Journey begins NOW! 01-02-09.
Why I Love It:
i dont love it...its AIGHT! lol i love the after effects of working out*
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by trying to keep a clear mind and focusing on my health. I don't want diabetes or heart disease or anything unhealthy-it DOES run in the familia. All of the cool people here on bodyspace, THANKS FOR THE MOTIVATION, ADVICE, INFO, AND SUPPORT!! MY MAIN MOTIVATOR IS MY KING-MY HIGHER POWER-***GOD*** HE/SHE IS THERE IN EVERYTHING I DO.
