I looked in the damn mirror too long lol. No...but seriously...I was 223lbs in 2005. I was 19 years old. I worked hard and busted my ass everyday and i gradually lost over 20lbs in three months. I became lazy and "took a break". So here I am at 193.4lbs @ 22yrs old today and I'm taking my life back from FAT and home to FIT. My Journey begins NOW! 01-02-09.

How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by trying to keep a clear mind and focusing on my health. I don't want diabetes or heart disease or anything unhealthy-it DOES run in the familia. All of the cool people here on bodyspace, THANKS FOR THE MOTIVATION, ADVICE, INFO, AND SUPPORT!!

pilates,heel touchers, and sidebends on your knees
hey everyone. im coming along very nicely!! im so happy and proud of myself but i have 1 problemo. my camera. im taking pics as i lose weight but i cant upload them because i need a specific cord(usb) so, just bear with me and i'll have the pics up in no time! muah! tyyl!
Cardio 7 days a week 30-45mins
3x12=sets by reps
45 secs rest between sets
Monday
Cardio(one or both)-treadmill 45mins or jumprope 45mins-hour
Chest:
Wide grip bench press 3x12
Around the worlds 3x12-15-10
Close Grip chest press 3x10-15-12
How are things. Still doing Ma at all? mHow goes training and all with that and weights? I will be puting up a challange for the 28th if ya are interested.
