How I Started:
I started going to the gym when I was 17 years of age just to get fit and firm up! When I started seeing the changes in my body from resistance weight training, I got hooked! Seeing a picture of Cory Everson who was the reigning Ms Olympia, blew my mind.....she was my role model!

I have competed 5 times in amateur bodybuilding here in Aussie! I came first in my first show for my state and runner up at the Nationals!
