Overall Goal: My goal is to lose the fat, gain the muscle, tighten everything up and in the process teach my son and fiancee that being healthy and working out can be an enjoyable process.~~DO WORK CREW~~
Fit Status:
My motivation is high now that I've joined the new gym, now I just have to burn the fat!!!
I became extremely tired of my weight and my excuses. I began the atkins diet and noticed some results, then figured I would see more results if I put some effort into it so I joined anytime fitness. Within three months I lost 60 lbs. I was hooked. Then I lost the membership and have yet been able to continually work out at home.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives me my time. I can zone out and worry only about myself. I can think without distractions and once I'm finished working out, I can look in the mirror and admire the new changes that are happening.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by logging on to this site and reading all the transformations. These women share what they have been through, and things that have worked. They allow me to see that im not the only one who is having to struggle through physical and emotional problems to reach my goals.

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Right now I'm taking Lipo 6 and it does increase my energy nicely, without jitters. I've also taking Ripped Fuel and found it to give me a nice pep without making me anxious feeling. I take them with my meals both at breakfast and after lunch to keep me going all day.Right now I'm taking Lipo 6 and it does increase my energy nicely, without jitters. What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Right now I am back on my version of the Atkins diet. I have found this to be the only one to give me results. This is ever changing though as I learn healthier eating habits and ratio's, and how my body reacts to certain situations.Right now I am back on my version of the Atkins diet. Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I keep track of it through freetrainers. I simply print off my weekly recommended workout program and fill it in as I go.
Why I like this video: I enjoy watching their stamina and ability to move so quickly and with precision, the style of fighting. That is fitness in my eyes.
Well, lets just say i'm completely obsessed with getting back into the gym, although mother nature and her little friends are apparently conspiring against me. I have attempted working out using an home gym but that just doesn't cut it for me! I have not once been able to see results using my...
Glad to hear that, yeah it helps working out with someone, my husband always pushing me to lift way heavier than I ever think I can, lol. Been really busy here for me works been busting my butt. Have a great weekend! Happy Training :) Amber
I read your blog and I agree you can make good progress without driving yourself crazy with macronutrient breakdown as long as you are eating clean foods and not stuffing yourself you will do great. This is a lifestyle change not a diet. Good luck and stay strong and consistent.
Oh it was sooo fun!! I actually got pushed into the mud pit, about knee deep. Lost my shoe and had to run 1.75miles barefoot. Check out my photos and you can see how muddy I was, lol. Soo did you find a gym?? Have a great day! Happy Training :) Amber
I'm not either I have to workout in a gym, not to mention I like the atmosphere gives me more motivation! Good luck finding a gym :) Not sure where at you live but I love Spectrum in BR area, they have plenty of gyms so you can go to anyone. The Spillway run is by the bonnet carre spillway, it is a trial run that can be extremely muddy if there is enough rain. It is lots of fun.
Things are going good here! Benn pushing myself with the weights and really picking up the cardio going long distances trying to build up the endurance. How have you been, any more accomplishments? Happy Training :) Amber
