Hey Girl :) I actually typically only get 3-5 hours of sleep. Can't get to bed early. My situation has changed so I can't leave my kids and hit the gym at 5 anymore. I actually preferred it because it gave me more time in my day.
lol at least you have a good reason then. glad to hear you quit! You will definately see the results in your lifts. as for beer pong... you're the champ for right now ;-P I may not be seasoned as you but the potential is still there!
lol in the 5 times I played, I won... so I may be able to give you a run for your money. guy? girl? anyone can play beer pong! just matters if you got the skill in the flick of the wrist! :-p but the fact you quit drinking may make the game a little different... did you quit for training?
