How I Started:
I just started from liftn in high school during gym class; I stopped. Was tired of looking in the mirror; seeing a skinny person. Aug. 2006 is when I got serious.
Why I Love It:
I can go all out. Also, b/c its something I can do by myself; I can keep mhy progress w/o taking pics, lol!
How I Stay Motivated:
Watchig Youtube videos!

Seeing progress! Pecs r at 40.5", up 1.5" n a month. Legs are growing; back is seeing some def. Weight is @ ~ 158 lbs. No other major changes! Having trouble with weight gain. Not on supps; dnt plan to get ne, ne time soon. Other thn tht, plan to get heavier DBs, rlly soon, 25s. Cnt...

Trouble gaining? Maybe you need some time off. Taken any of that lately? or perhaps you need to switch up your program, try some lower reps maybe.
