How I Started:
I just started from liftn in high school during gym class; I stopped. Was tired of looking in the mirror; seeing a skinny person. Aug. 2006 is when I got serious.
Why I Love It:
I can go all out. Also, b/c its something I can do by myself; I can keep mhy progress w/o taking pics, lol!

Hey Buckeye, I'm making progress. I'm 158. too more lbs and I'll hit my goal of 160. YEAH. I been eating the entire super market, lol. U need some new progress pics bro. BTW, how many meals U eating?
I hit the food pretty hard but all good this time of year! Back into lifting tomorow but looking forward to mixing it up next year with some fresh strategies. Bring on 2010!
