I just started from liftn in high school during gym class; I stopped. Was tired of looking in the mirror; seeing a skinny person. Aug. 2006 is when I got serious.
Why I Love It:
I can go all out. Also, b/c its something I can do by myself; I can keep mhy progress w/o taking pics, lol!
How I Stay Motivated:
feeding off others' energy.

Taken a week in on the HIT program. Please comment; critique!

Not really. Just work and hitting the gym as hard as I can when I get off. I'm usually so tired while I lifting that if I stop to rest for too long, I will fall asleep.
I'll break it down for you:
1: My job requiers me to be strong.
2: I wanna get as big as I can.
3: My boy Andrew is a MMA fighter. I wanna knock him out with on punch to the chest.

Well, my muscles stay anabolic for a longer period of time, and recovery is better with pyramiding. I would suggest if you are bulking to pyramid, find a medium between your max and about 60 percent of your max, always end your 4th set on what ever you can do for 4-5 reps. Also get on some cyto gainer, pre and post work out supplement to catipult your performance. And even if you feel like you can do 3 more sets, DONT, stop at 4 using the pyramid technique or your just gonna ruin it lol.

HEy, It may that time to take your week off. Your body is letting you know it's time for a break. Chill out, drink beer (Carbs are good for you)but not to much. And just let the fire build. Like before, you'll be watering at the mouth for the gym.
Its going super. I started pyramiding my work outs, starting out light, and decreasing reps as I lift heavier. Its less time consuming and works better for sslow twitch muscles as well as bulking :D The blood stays in the muscles longer because when you lift heavy for many reps over and over you push it back out.
