How I Started:
I just started from liftn in high school during gym class; I stopped. Was tired of looking in the mirror; seeing a skinny person. Aug. 2006 is when I got serious.
Why I Love It:
I can go all out. Also, b/c its something I can do by myself; I can keep mhy progress w/o taking pics, lol!

To be strong, weigh 200, 215 and just continue to lift for the next 5-10 yrs. at least.

yeah I will try to just be lean and stay at 205 and ill be fine just want to stay ripped I do not want to be to big it wouldn't look right on me and also I going to the beach every weekend so I need to stay ripped. Are you just going to get big then cut back down a little bit?
Im jus tryin to cut a couple more pounds and be 205 and try to get at 8 percent body fat. Im around 10 percent now but 205 and 10 percent body fat is good with me.
Nope, I tend to switch exercises every week for bis, lots of variation. I feel like they get a pretty good w/o during back, so I just finish them off at the end
i keep it simple i'm a true beliver in dead lifts for back mass
barbell rows and t-bar rows, usally if i do deadlifts i only do one of the row movements. and i go heavy low reps. with 3-4 sets
