When a friend mentioned that I needed to stop all the cardio and get my butt working out!

Getting Ripped! SCIVATION CHA STYLE! :)
By November of 2008 I want to have a 6 pack, be stronger, leaner, and ripped! I plan to work out 6 days a week, continually pushing my body to its best and get better. Take the right sups and work with carb cycling to get there. I have always had trouble with getting rid of the last bit of fat and until now, I had no idea that I really was going about getting rid of it the wrong ways. From annorexia to over training. My body is now the healthiest its ever been and I am ready to commit to the extremely hard work its gonna take to get this body ripped!

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
when I'm doing supersets, I don't rest until after the second set, or if I'm doing giant sets, I don't rest till after the 4th, for usually about 60 seconds.
AHHHH!!! I could scream! Somehow I caught a chest cold, so my lungs are royaly messed up. I can't stop coughing, my head hurts, and my abs are killing me from all the coughing. I can still do all my normal weights, but cardio is soooo out of the question. I just about died doing the tred the...
i know u want a 6pack lol!! everyone has one tho, jus bout getting rid of that bodyfat. im still struggling to get any definition on lower abs. dont be fooled by my pic, i think the shadow makes me look more defined lol!! still squiggy around the edges!! take care xxx
excellent... somthing that really helped me with the pull ups.. Pick a set number of reps, say if you have to do 10 reps, and it takes you 10 sets to do them, regardless of the rest inbetween, your still doing 10 reps.. next week you might take 9 sets to do them ;).. it works!!!
great progress... i dont get your creatine comment in the back picture though.. I dont really see you bloated.. i see you having more muscle mass than the earlyer pictures, but about the same bodyfat covering it
