How I Started:
One day I was working out to Barry's Bootcamp DVD's and just happened to go to the mirror to check myself out like all women do lol. I noticed that my hips were hanging over my used to be baggy sweat pants. I noticed everything changing. I was recently married, and had heard of this before. I got comfortable. Not for long. All I had to do was say to my husband "Hunny, I'm ready to start going to the gym" and that was all she wrote. I entered the MaxMuscle MaxFormation in March 2009 and lost almost 20lbs in 5 months and did lose 7% bodyfat in 6 months :) Lets just say I'm going to keep going for a very long time!!
Why I Love It:
Lets start by making this short and sweet lol. I was never the skinny girl in school, or in life. I'm almost 20 years old and never had discipline until I got married. My husband started monitoring what I would eat (not because he's a bad husband but because I asked him too). I am ready to lose all this unwanted fat. Being overweight your entire life begins to weigh on you and you begin to wonder what can I do to become that girl of my dreams. Instead of looking in a magazine and wishing I had her body, I want to be in it showing other women, and girls, that it can be done.
Bodybuilding/Working Out is also major stress reliever for me and tons more out there. I don't have to be stressed to work out by all means. I love it also because I know I'm doing something great for my body, and I'm becoming that girl I've dreamt of being my entire life. Always being overweight and never healthy tends to do something to you. You eventually say enough is enough.
How I Stay Motivated:

My husband, for everything he's done for me in these 3 years of being together. He's my biggest motivator. Telling me I can do it when I'm broke down crying on the floor wanting to give up. "iloveyou babe"
My mom, for telling me to follow my dreams when others think its a joke or not possible. I'll do this for you mom :)
My grandparents, for always being there for me, through good times and bad. I love you both so very much.
Alicia (my little sister) Although shes 21 months old, shes transformed me and made me want this more than I could ever imagined. Who knew one smile could make my day so much better. "iloveyou bay"
Toni Warrick (**MaxMuscle Maxformation winner 2009** trainer, and friend) Seeing you and watching you in the gym motivated more than you could have possibly imagined. Thank you for helping me and being a great friend.
Bill Porter (MaxMuscle owner in Fay. NC and friend) Thank you for making my life that much easier by providing me with a meal plan and recipes!! Also for helping me lose 18 lbs and 7%bodyfat!
So my motivation? All these wonderful people in my life, I have something to prove too. Their the biggest motivation of them all.

This was me before i really started working out. i was riding the bike for about 30 mins a day, and now im in the gym from an hour to an hour and half!!

Goal (Long):
I've never been the skinny girl, or even the fit girl. I've always been the fat girl. I've dreamt of having that "to die for" body but I was never really ready to give up my bad habit which was my poor diet. My goal, is to not only transform my body into a muscle steak house lol but to become an inspiration to others around me. I hope to spread the word of fitness and just how much it means to me, and I hope to touch someone else's life so that they too can become a fitness phenomenon. So how do I plan on spreading my word? I would love to be a spokesmodel, model and compete in shows. Giving advice to the best of my ability and learning while still teaching others. Within these next six months,I plan on losing at least 30 more pounds which would set me 136 and have a bodyfat % of 10. I also want to gain muscle mass. My height is 5'7". I'm going to become that girl I've always dreamt of being, and I hope to inspire others along the way.
Diana inspires me to go to the gym, work my ass off, eat right and quit finding excuses as to why I "can't" do it. I know I CAN and she gives me that extra push. I have her picture on my bathroom mirror. Shes my inspiration :-)

oh im dominating some protein today! i am going for all the white meat turkey and baked beans. i will eat a lot of my fats but its not coming from any pies. ill see how things go.
its not so much a weight gainer. just somethin to take to repair your muscles. if he's lookin to gain weight, tell him to get cytogainer. it has 3 grams of creatine which will gain weight pretty fast [the 3g of creatine isn't bad by the way]
thanks now im trying to get bigger for the winter and lose it all again for the summer kind of like a cycle. i guess! but your definately making progress keep it up.
