How I Started:
I used to be skinny and weak. I wanted to better myself and gain muscle. I started working out at Lifetime Fitness but when I turned 21 I was no longer able to keep my membership under my parents so I moved gyms, but that place really got me started after meeting a lot of nice people who gave me great tips.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel great. I find when I'm lifting I have so much more energy, I don't get stressed, and I feel great about myself and my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
As a Christian I think that if God gives you a body where you are able to be active you are doing wrong if you're not. Taking care of the body you've been given is so important, and way to many people abuse it.
BB Accomplishments:
The first time I benched over 200 lbs was pretty fun. The skinny kid who couldn't bench more than 120 when he started, so that was a good feeling.

I want to improve my body as a whole, gain 10 lbs of muscle in 2008, and become a better all-around athlete.
Goal (Long):
I play a lot of sports. They range from hockey, football, basketball, tennis, raquetball, ultimate frisbee, and more. I want to be able to compete at a high level in whatever sport I play. I tore my PCL 3 years ago and have never been the same as I haven't taken the proper time to rehab over a long period of time. Also, I want to weigh 200 lbs with 10% body fat.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Tendanitis in my wrists and elbows. Injured for about a month. I had to rest.

What up!

This is my first blog for my Muscle Blog, and I just gotta start out by saying that I'm tired. Two nights prior to today I got 5 hours of sleep or less. That sucks! And I NEED minimum 7 hours a sleep a night. My protein, creatine, and supplements should arrive either today or...
