i got my first taste of lifting when i turned 13, my folks wouldnt let me until then. i alwase had natural strenth or what folks call country scremf. i was alwase into gaining muscle but no toneing. i caint stand running or cardio in general but hey u gotta do it. after high school i went and lifted every now and then. i was alwase athletic from t-ball to baseball and soccer when i was younger the on to football wrestling and track & field in highschool.
Why I Love It:
Love the feel, great great GREAT stress reliever, love watching my body transform, love the feeling afterwards.
How I Stay Motivated:
whatching my self transform, and by watchin other people in the gym and seeing where i could/should be.

its been a ruff one...........October was the longest months of my life. i found my soldier dead in his room and all kind of bull shit followed that. its been hard tryin to get bak in the gym but im maintaining.
