How I Started:
I started after high school, got more intense in the Army, and then motherhood struck. I was recently asked to be a bridesmaid, and it is my goal to have the guests at that wedding say "Yeah the bride was pretty - but did you see the maid of honor??? DAMN! "
Why I Love It:
I like the way I feel after lifting. I am starting to like what I see looking back at me.
