How I Started:
I started after high school, got more intense in the Army, and then motherhood struck. I was recently asked to be a bridesmaid, and it is my goal to have the guests at that wedding say "Yeah the bride was pretty - but did you see the maid of honor??? DAMN! "
Why I Love It:
I like the way I feel after lifting.
I am starting to like what I see looking back at me.
Monday - At Gym: 4 miles on stationary bike, lat pull down (machine 80 lbs x 32 reps), barbell curls (12 lbs x 32), dumbbell shoulder press (12 lbs x 32), incline dumbell bench press (12 lbs x 32) ab crunch machine (70 lbs x 100), sit ups (30), pushups (30/40)
At Home: 2 mile walk
