When I Started:
How I Started:
I got started working out in the military and continued after I got out. I took a month off and that turned into a few years...you all know how easy it is to let that happen. I am back into it now.
Why I Love It:
I feel great after working out. I love seeing the transformation that can take place and it provides focus for the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I can't wait to watch a few pounds fall off and see those slacks hanging in the closet fit again. That is the true motivating factor for me. In the military, if you had to dress for PT, then you might as well participate. The same applies for the gym now, if I'm at the gym, I might as well work out hard.
I want to shed some weight and tone up my muscles. Do Work Crew!!
Goal (Long):
I achieved my goal of dropping to 181 and now I am taking the next 10 weeks to try and improve in all areas. I want to add 15-20 lbs, but I want to be smart about the weight gain. Primary goals are size and strength for all major muscle groups, add some mass before I need to cycle in cardio for the spring and summer months.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb

The below workout was what I was doing before I took time off. I found that this workout, coupled with a clean diet and lots of water will shed the un-wanted pounds and develop the muscle in a very quick time. Once the gains begin to diminish, I will shift the order of the exercises and the...
