Was going to visit mom and sister for Christmas and realized I look horrible. I made it through that holiday and now I'm trying to get in shape for the next one.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling completely exhausted and energized at the same time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I lie to myself on a regular basis that I actually enjoy cardio. Shh...don't tell me!

Going to the gym everyday after work is pretty major in my book.

Goal (Long):
I weighed in over 300lbs in 12/2006. I don't know how far over because the scale stopped at 300 and refused to read any higher (cheap digital scale). My goal is to get back down to 205lbs that I was at back in 1998, and then further. I want to make my family proud. Return some of my self-respect that I lost when I realized I was a lazy sack of fat. I don't want to be "that guy" anymore.

Moved, bought house, joined new gym...

Not too bad for a first time in the gym after months of idle time. Still around 285lbs, still working on the same goals.
