When I Started:
Mar, 2008
How I Started:
I started out doing mild body building and really focused on core training. In August 2007 I had a major accident and the doctors concluded that I was still alive and able to walk based on having an extremely solid midsection. On August 19 2007, I free fell 60 feet and landed directly on a bolder. I only suffered a minor compression fracture on one vertebrae and a bruised spleen. On August 29, 2007, I walked into 24 hour and signed up for a lifetime membership for therapy and eventually body building.
Why I Love It:
Working out is very rewarding in all aspects of life. I run my own company and there is something to be said for body size and presence. Also I push long hours and it keeps me on top of my game when I'm trying to do too many things at once.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm not exactly the brightest individual, so when I make stupid mistakes such as the one listed above, it feels good to know that I'm physically prepared.
BB Accomplishments:
I might hold the record for most weight loss in a 60 hour period in history. I checked into the hospital on Friday night at 195 pounds and I checked out Monday morning at 154 pounds. I have a fast metabolism so I'm pretty sure that I lost thousands of dollars in the amount of food that I had to eat to get to 195 pounds. Oh and my other accomplishment is that I ate two 6x6's, a tray of fries and a chocolate shake in one sitting at In-n-out burger.

I'm trying to get to 190 at 7% but I'm going to need to bulk up a bit more to make it happen. I'm hoping that 200 pounds at 10% before cutting will do the trick.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 3 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%
