Using Beachbody DVDs, they worked!
Why I Love It:
My confidence has soared, and I never knew how low it really was! I love the burst of energy after a workout, and the good feeling I get knowing I did it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look for new ways to motivate myself all the time... its hard! Upcoming vacations, photo shoots, maybe competing one day.
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost over 20 pounds, 14% body fat, and am no longer skinny fat. Now I'm just PHAT!

i've met my goal weight and then some, now I'm putting some muscle onto this frame. It's been almost exactly a year since I started (for the umpteenth time) to get in shape. Mainly, I wanted to wear a bikini and feel good in it when I went to Mexico in January. I did it and it was such a great feeling! Going back in September for a week of fishing and scuba, and want to look and feel even better! My newest "official" challenge is get set for a photo shoot in late August. Nothing like knowing you'll be photographed in bikinis and fitness, posed to show off that hard earned muscle, to get you motivated to push it harder.

I want to GAIN 5 lb

Where do you mainly workout?

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I don't have to go anywhere, it's quiet, private, and I can walk straight into the kitchen and make a shake.

A year ago I began a lifestyle change. I began working out regularly, eating better, logging my daily food intake, and meeting likeminded people. I'm proud of my accomplishments, I've lost 20 pounds and 10% body fat. But more importanlty to me, I've done things I thought it was impossible to do....

For me, i am currently at work. I enter the facility on tuesday mornings and leave on thursdays afternoon. So the earliest i will be motivated will be friday. I hope you made it to the gym and had a great workout. Talk to you soon.
