Why is going to the gym so good for me? Because it's the only part of my day today that didn't suck. Basically my day was this:
Work (with groceries at lunch)
30 minutes - Walk to the gym in a blizzard
60 minutes - Work out <- Good part!
30 minutes - Walk home from the gym in...
