My father got me into lifting weights at about 15 years old. I've maintained a decent amount of mass over the years but need to lose a good deal of fat.
Why I Love It:
I love pushing my body to it's limits. I also love doing positive things in my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read a great deal about fitness and bodybuilding. My wife is also doing the same thing with lifting and trying to lose fat. I'm writing this now to help me stay motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I won competitions in benching my own weight for reps.

I currently lift weights and do cardio 3 days a week. I also walk when I’m on breaks at work for 2 miles per day 5 days a week. I believe that 3 days a week of lifting is plenty for a natural bodybuilder. I've done the "more sets are better" workouts before and don't get any better results....
