How I Started:
I got started when I first went to the gym a few years ago. As I was doing the cardio machines trying to loose weight I saw everyone in the weight room. I than went home and looked up all I could on weightlifting. Withing a week I was hooked and hitting the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of pushing the weight, and the euphoria you get when it is just you, the bar and the iron.
How I Stay Motivated:
Many times I've come across different ways to stay motivated, at this point I think its just realizing that no one else is there. No one is going to tell me to eat clean, no one is going to tell me to push that Iron, just me and the bar thats all there is.
BB Accomplishments:
Under 400 pounds was a good one, even though I am still huge that was a pretty big mental hurdle

Goal (Long):
The last 4 years I have struggled with the weight, and finally balooned up to +350 pounds. Bodybuilding has always been a love of mine, just not recently. I am going to University in a little over a year and I refuse to be the fat kid that everyone feels sorry for. I am aiming for 12-14% bodyfat onto of +300 bench. This will be give me the body and the strenght I need to for football for university.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My family has become more motivated after seeing me lose weight and gain strength. Well, this is awsome. Thank you BB for setting this up. What to right here? Well, I am overweight obviously, which is why I came across BB. Years ago bodybuilding was all that ever worked for me.

Good job on getting to 292, that is great actually! So what do you plan to do? Meaning weight lifting and cardio wise? As for me, trying to reach that 100 lbs loss by the end of the year, that is all I can do now... cardio is shorter now but more intense, and still lifting heavy!
