Looked in the mirror one morning and decided I was going to change my lifestyle because I was tired of being fat and not feeling healthy!

To lose weight and body fat and get fit! I had 2 babies 15 months apart and gained weight from both of them, and didn't care about fitness and nutrition! Its my main focus now! Want to be a good role model for my kids and also be around for a long time to watch them grow up!
