i want to add overall body size and thickness. by the summer i want to have at least 16 inch arms(right now only 13.5) and i want my upper pecs to be developed more...other than that i just need to have a good cutting season in february and i'm good
i start the day off with lots of stretching, my back is a weak part because its the strongest yet most vulnerable part on my body. well anyway i start off with 5 sets of bent over dumbell rows. i like the dmbell rows more because i get a better range of motion and sqeeze my lats throughout....
i'm always tyring new things so for the next couple of months i'm going to be doing DC training...or doggcrap training. how this works is your work everything twice a week. for myself since i will be cutting as well i will be modifying the training a bit.it will go like...
Yea id definitely do research before buying. My parents always yell at me for buying so much stuff, but I only (usually) get between $200-$300 worth of stuff. I also get it online at either bodybuilding.com or *********.net.
I hear ya man. I get really tempted to buy some of the top end stuff that claims it does this and that, but I just tell my self to stick with the proven basics. Thanks for the feedback and good luck with your school show!
