How I Started:
started competing in tae kwon do tournaments. realised i needed to be stronger, faster and have better endurance. so started training and over the years did weights, swimming, running, plymetrics, interval training etc etc. won lots of tournaments so the training was worth it.
Why I Love It:
i luv the feeling of confidence that i have in my own ability to do anything at anytime. more into strength and endurance training more relevant to the fight training i do.
How I Stay Motivated:
by always having new goals to achieve. both short term and long term.
BB Accomplishments:
1st 2003 Tae Kwon Do Australian National Championships (+84kgs) 2nd 2004 Tae Kwon Do Australian National Championships (+84kgs)- was winning broke my leg in the finals- Doh!!! 1st 6 x Tae Kwon Do State Championships

Goal (Overall):
improve my strength, endurance, speed and explosiveness (hmmm is that even a word. cant wait for it to cool down again so i can start running a few times a week as well.
Goal (Long):
improve overall body conditioning through interval training, bodyweight strength exercises (push ups, chin ups, dips etc) and plymetrics for speed and explosiveness. this year i want to reach my goal of being able to do 100 push ups (atm i can do 82) amd also 30 wide grip chin ups (atm i can do 17). looking at starting a kettle ball workout any hints give me a buzz!!!
