mate,you just got to get tunnel vision to get back into it.forget looking for motivation,i reckon determination is the key. gotta be determined to throw that iron around!dont let it beat you. training is good for me but work is getting in the way! i have to make every session count cos dont know when the next one will be! have a good week mate and let me know how much you punished the iron.
this week will be better mate! never been to eygypt,me and the wife plan to go someday. at least you will have the option to train if you want.mind you if you been training hard a rest wont be so bad anyway mate.
the week has been very busy with work mate,3 workouts this week,one of wich was crap.did back this morning,was really good.where are you going on yer hols? can you train there?

Easy for you to say. I'm not too friendly in the gym. My "game face" tends to scare people away somehow, lol!!! Guess I'm too focused when I'm in there. Oh well, that's my job. I don't go in there to socialize and make friends.
