i went with m8s, because there was nothing to do i started to run alot then i got into lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
i like to stay in good shape so that i can play sports and it makes me feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
watch UFC when ever i see a fighter in good shape it makes me want to train and helps me not 2 eat any shit food.
