thomasryschanged Weight from 209 lbs. to 215 lbs., a 6 lb. gain in 16 days
So I have been eating way better and doing more crunches and changing them up and I am still not able to get theat six pack. Well I am actualy starting to do more cardip now I realy hope that make a big difference in the next 3 weeks. If you might have any sugestions pleas write me.
