Here is a basic outline of the nutrition regime I follow. Due to the strict nature of my training I rarely incorporate any cheat meals.
Meal 1. A bowl of shredded wheat with organic vanilla oat milk, 1 blueberry organic greek yogurt topped with organic whole grain golden flaxseed meal, 2 pieces of flax seed toast, a banana, and a glass of organic orange juice.
Mid Morning Snack : About 2 cups of organic Irish style steel cut oats mixed with organic raisins.
Lunch : 1 chicken breast cooked in organic extra virgin olive oil on flax seed bread, 1 organic apple, about 48 almonds, 5 pieces of organic unsalted melba toast.
Afternoon Snack: Peanut butter containing no palm, soybean, or partially or fully hydrogenated oils, organic strawberry jelly on flax seed bread.
Dinner: I vary my evening meals daily, I usually eat dinner about an hour prior to training. I usually incorporate about three vegetarian meals per week. At dinner I will always incorporate fresh vegetables, and sometimes a lean beef or poultry. I do not like fish which is why I take my fish oil tablet to receive the benefits that fish provide. Often times I will have a baked or boiled potato as well. I do not use any butter, or salt and pepper during any of my meals. After dinner I always have a salad with no dressing.
Throughout the day I consume approximately 64ozs of water. I do not drink soda or sports drinks.

Thomas' Supplement Program
My suuplement program includes the following :
A) 1 One a Day Men's Pro Edge Multivitamin
B) 1 1200mg Fish Oil Tablet
C) 1 500mg Vitamin C
D) During my workout I consume 1 bottle of water. My post workout shake contains two tablespoons of organic Greek plain fat free yogurt, about 10 or so organic raspberries, and approximately 2 cups of organic fat free milk. I do not include any protein powders in my post workout shake.

I am often times a perfectionist with a diligent focus on proper and correct form.
My main motivation comes from the strong desire I have to train everyday. Training is the first thing I think about in the morning when I wake up, and I am anxious all day to go to the gym! When I train I listen to the Rocky 4 soundtrack.
