How I Started:
I have always had interests in bodybuilding. 6 months ago I was able to start and stay consistent at it.
Why I Love It:
I like being able to set up my life and see the benefits of hard work with my diet and lifting program
How I Stay Motivated:
I started with a trainer, I like this one, I am starting to see results.

My legs are really jumping in weights and reps right now.

Goal (Long):
Gain 5 lbs a month. and do it clean
Reading about goals, I found my goal was not specific enough. I want size and weight will come with it. However, If I just wanted weight, well, this country has a bunch of fat Ass's that I do not want to be bunched in with. I'm going for inches and lifting goals. This way I can keep symmetry and look good.
So once a week I am going to measure and change what I need to change to get the size I want.
Lifting goals:
BB curl 130 (increase 5 lbs. a month)
Mil press 190 (Increase 7 lbs. a month)
Bench Press 300 (Increase 10-15 lbs. a month)
Squat 400 (Increase 20 lbs. a month)
Bentover row 300 (increase 10 lbs. a month)
Dead Lift 350 (incrase 20 Lbs. a month)
I'm going to do a contest in spring 2010, I seem to work better with a deadline. So lets do it.
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
50 g whey protein, 35 g malto dextrin, 1/2 package emergen-c, 1 tbsp raw cane sugar, BCAA, Glutamine 1 gram, 100 iu vitamin E, Chromium Picolinate 200 mg. Just started this last week 7/14/09

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
2 scoops of NO explode, 1 scoop of whey protein, 1/2 package of emergen-c, 2 tbsp raw cane sugar, 1 gram L-Leucine, 100 IU vitamin E, 1 scoop Citrulline Malate 2 grams. take 15 min. before workout.

I do not work with any heavy weights, I'm not 29 years old anymore. For the last 10 years I have decreased my weights a lot and to my surprise got the same results, if not better. It is more in the technique of doing the movements than the weight one is lifting. keep on pumping man ! Cheers ~ Morco
