Review: Very solid supplement. Prolonged energy from a 1/2 serving was awesome. No jitters and plenty of focus and energy to carry me through some pretty tough training sessions. Definitely would recommend.

Review: Through the used of one bottle of Protovol, I had some of my best training to date. Muscle soreness after training was limited to a day or so after if that. The pump experienced during training was unreal as well. I don't have very good reactions to most Pre-workout formulas and find that they all have some negative effects after continued use. I did not experience any negative effect while using Protovol. Overall, Protovol is a great product that I will use again.

buffdaddy91369 i appreciate the support. not to be a sore loser, because if i get spanked i accept. but i had those guys beat in more poses/bodyparts than not (without pointing out their flaws, mostly conditioning). from the back minus calves...it was game over. Tim (2nd) had better hams, fuller chest. My legs were as good as 1st place but i struggled to pop em out. what weight class are you? make sure ya say "what's up" Apr 22, 2008 11:36am
