Trying to take my body to another level and blow everyone away in the fall.
Goal (Long):
I need to compete with the most complete package possible. My upper chest needs to be thicker and my traps needs to be more developed lower in between my shoulders. My lats are inserted very high so I need to add more shape to them. Maintaing the size of my legs and calves are key... but most of all staying focused

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
when your down it is nice to have someone to help pick up you up. you can push yourself beyond your comfort zone.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
