How I Started:
I started working out early in life to build strength for football and soccer. I got more serious into working out for endurance training for when I was roadracing motorcycles. Plus I like the physical challenge involved in lifting weights.

Goal (Long):
Overall, my goal is to maintain at most 10% body fat while regaining some of the size I had lost due to an injury. TO maintain a lean 195- 205 pounds is ideal to me. To keep pushing the heavy weight like the DO WORK attitude I have....
I know there are a few people on here that have plantar fasciitis. I have it in both feet and it was confirmed that is my foot problem on wednesday. Then later that evening I had a flare up in my right foot.... severe itching on the ball of my foot and felt like a hundred needles being shoved...
Ummm yeah, this is a late reply... but on the 5th u spoke of a sweet 810 leg press and I gotta say.. hot damn!! U DO WORK.. thats awesome!! and as for the photpg... I cant help ya out! I need one too!! :) TRAIN INSANE Sweets... & damnit DO WORK!!!

awesome dude thanx for the advice. Ill definelty put some of it into use. Cant wait to start bulking up. Chest and arms will be my main focus this time.
ya man i know how that is with the gym. Ive been tryna build up the chest with some push ups and i have been doing some cable crossovers in the gym. I have to focus on keeping the reps low at high weight now seeing as ill be back to gaining in about 2 weeks.
