Thanks for dropping by! Well I just eat a lot...5-6 meals a day, 12 eggs a day but I'll be increasing the number soon. Food here is cheaper compared to back home. I can get a hard boiled egg for only 3 Rs which is only 0.07 USD and 500ml of fresh cow's milk for 12 Rs which is 0.30USD.

I don't have the funds to pay a masologist, and I don't have any friends I could coax into massaging me. But I DO massage the muscles I can reach and I've seen great success with recovery!!
