When I got to middle school, i really looked forward to our weight training days. Then once i got into high school i got in powerlifting and did pretty well. I wanted to look good and be strong, so i dropped a weight class and decided to stick to a strict diet and give it all in the weight room
Why I Love It:
I've always been facsinated with the sport. its insane how some people can get to be that 'swoll'. I love to work out because of 'the pump' you get as Arnold said. I also like to see the results that i work for.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well i mostly stay motivated to see the results. But,it's just like anything else for me. If i love to do it, then i do it.
BB Accomplishments:
Well i don't compete, i really just powerlift, but i try and keep my physique tip top at all times because i like to look good too

Sorry i didn't write last night, but between school, lifting, and sleeping i haven't had much time for anything.
Anyways, workouts are about the same except the weight was bumped up a little. Well, monday was a light squat day so it was only a 5x5 workout of 355, but yesterday on deadlift i...
My workouts are based around the three core lifts (Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift). I squat heavy twice a week for overall strength. I lift heavy 5-6 days a week. Since it is the off-season, I run 4-5 times a week to decrease bodyfat on off leg days.
very impressive! Glad to see another small guy is busting out some weight! I deadlifted 465 in high school as a sophmore and was squating 505. keep up the good work.
