Well I always been working out just to stay in shape.. but got into working out pretty hard last yr after my instructors advised me that if I would get more size I could be way more dominant than I already was..
Why I Love It:
love the results and it's a good way to motivate you for anything

BB Accomplishments:
not BB thing but I grappled BJJ with Diaz a while back and caught him in an armbar forcing him to tapout.. granted I only won one of the four times we "sparred".. but beating a pro motivated me to get stronger..and faster

just check my videos... but usually I pick a good lnclined hill set about 8 - 10 sandbags at the bottom and run them up the hill the run them back down..
