Working out and bodybuilding are one in the same in my opinion. People work out to look the way they want and bodybuilders do the same. The main difference is bodybuilders keep a more stricter diet routine.
How I Stay Motivated:
With the support of my wife and my daughter is the main source of my motivation. I also the end of this journey and it involves my name being called as the winner and holding trophy after trophy over my head until I say enough and retire.

This is a obvious answer to its own question. For starters, having a workout partner helps you to stay on course with your own goals without staggering (yes, a support system). Also, you can definitely push/pull more weight... SAFELY. Having that spot there will definitely maximize the intensity of your workout and better chance for muscle growth.
