parents got me a gym membership when i was 13 but hated the gym. when i was 16 though i started to value it and now i love it, thanks mom and pops =)
Why I Love It:
lose weight. get definition. builds my confidence and self esteem.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be more in shape than when i went to boot camp, basic training and tech school got me fat agn -_-

Workout: 2 hours of shoulder weights and abs

Food: 3 am  1/2 cup cream of mushroom and rice casserole, hot dog and 2 1/2 cups of cornflakes with cup of milk and 3 tbs peanut butter, 9 am protein bar and a red bull and 6 peanut butter crackers. 12 pm spicy chicken no mayo and big burger 3 pm...

Protein Pancakes: Blend up some oats and egg whites, about half and half, add a spoonful of cottage if you can, dash cinnamon, some vanilla, flax? Fry like pancakes :) Hhmm...Ill have to think on the rest.
