Protein Pancakes: Blend up some oats and egg whites, about half and half, add a spoonful of cottage if you can, dash cinnamon, some vanilla, flax? Fry like pancakes :) Hhmm...Ill have to think on the rest.

I see you haven't blogged in a long time either, lol. I was doing it like every week, but I just don't have the time and it's not like anybody gets on my page or anything. I'm back over 190, yes...
I know how to drive a clutch. That's what my first car was. My car gets 24-26 MPG. It has not given me any problems in the year I've had it and I just changed the oil last night. I'm going to workout in Salem with the Chargers tonight and I have a game tomorrow. I'll check the MPG from that. Also, I may get Justin Storm a spot on a 9-man team.
