Well I have always been shy, since I was too conscious of body. This has always prevented me from mingling or dating. I want to change that and its pretty much the only reason why I started.
My goals at present are pretty much to continue increasing the weights for 24 sessions by 5 lbs each.
my goal for the 23rd sessions are:
squat:225
bench press:135
deadlift:235
for 24th session:
squat:230
m. press :115
Pendlay press:145
After that I will be starting 1 month HIIT
