hello mate,nice to hear from you.thailand sounds great.we are off on xmas eve for two weeks in the snow! been very hectic for me lately,working 7 days a week,got sick,lost a tooth and a bit of weight sadly.will get it back though!just want xmas to come now,take it easy jay and all the best to you.

glad to hear your training is going well,i am fine ta,work is a little busy,finding myself out late at night alot! nothing suspicious i might add! we are going away into europe for xmas and new year,cant wait mate,fly on the 24th.am still lifting good,all is well.
