oh, yes, that is true. It's quite tough when certain foods perpetuate the cycle of cravings, and yes, they do cause bloating and sabotage the definition - i understand and empathize!

hi jay,keep doing those squats and i am sure it will benefit you.compound stuff will make you grow as you no doubt are well aware. i wont take pics until the end of the year. i got another pound or so of muscle since the last pics,hope to gain another by xmas.will take a pic then to see the difference! you know me by now mate,cant gain fat,only muscle so its very sloooooww! all the best to you ttfn.
