ONE MONTH DOWN TWO TO GO. P90X GOT NOTHING ON ME. BRING IT
Goal (Long):
My goal is to complete the p90x workout with amazing results. I am dieting and work as hard as I can on each workout. I want a six pack or at least the a pretty decent start to one. I want this workout to change my everyday look on working out and I want to then help or guide people into changing there lives as well.
Wow so the last few days were tough didn't do my p90x workout but I was doing something active with basketball outdoors a few nights for a couple of hours. Today I got back on the p90x workout with Chest, Shoulder, and Triceps workout. I also did the Ab Ripper X. So I am back again.
Day 1 Chest and Back along with Ab Ripper X
Day 2 Plyometrics
Day 3 Shoulders and Arms along with Ab Ripper X
Day 4 Cardio X
Day 5 Legs and Back along with Ab Ripper X
Day 6 Kenpo
Day 7 Rest sometimes Yoga or X Stretch

I bought the program about two years ago, and I stopped at the second phase for some reason I can't remember. I'm about a week into it this time (goal is to finish the whole program). How do you like the program?
hmmmm...im in medical school, but it's good. very very busy, but i make time for other priorities, so i cant complain. i like it a lot, but this year is just crazy, haha.
