My goal is to complete the p90x workout with amazing results. I am dieting and work as hard as I can on each workout. I want a six pack or at least the a pretty decent start to one. I want this workout to change my everyday look on working out and I want to then help or guide people into changing there lives as well.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
i really like doing 21's. 7 reps from bottem to half, 7 reps from middle to upper, and 7 reps all the way

Wow so the last few days were tough didn't do my p90x workout but I was doing something active with basketball outdoors a few nights for a couple of hours. Today I got back on the p90x workout with Chest, Shoulder, and Triceps workout. I also did the Ab Ripper X. So I am back again.

I do ab ripper right after the one hour workout. I have yet to completely do all of the ab workout. fifer scissors are the worst

hey bro, I hear the p90 is insane, never tried it myself.. let me know how that turns out.. I use cellucor supps..Cellucor.com D4, and NO, I have used p6 but that is for gaining lean mass. I can give you a code to save you 10%, just pm me for details.. Steve
