Why I Love It: To stay healthy
How I Stay Motivated: I have a brother and sister with sickle cell disease who wish they could workout on a daily basis and not end up in the hospital with a pain crisis. I also have chronic Asthma. I workout because i love it and i can. No Excuses

Goal (Long): It's hard trying to sprint when your carrying most of your fat in your thighs. I need to lose at the most 15 lbs. to run for a track club and compete.

Two days ago my daughter bought some doublestuffed OREO's yummy.  Okay i said i was not going to touch them even thought they are my favorite cookies. Somewhere between the pain in my piriformis and watching the USA indoor meet yesterday  I gave in. I should be there running not having a pain...
